In everyday life, we are faced with various types of documents: an executive report, a letter, a communication from the company to its public, a task at school or university, a thesis, among many others, and this requires taking a few steps. If you want to write correctly, follow these tips:1. Read
Regardless of the type of literature you want to create, be it narrative, documents or textbooks, it is important for the writer to read a lot. Although it may not seem like it, reading teaches the brain how to write, the hidden rules, the styles of the writers. Eventually, the writer will learn to develop his own style.
Like any job or exercise, writing requires practice. Therefore, just writing can learn to write and improve on the fly. Practice is key to mastering this trade.

Before writing, it is important to document yourself on the subject and how to construct the texts that will be presented to your recipients. Ask yourself, do you know everything you need on the subject? Do you have all the necessary data and bibliography? Depending on the type of document you could look for a similar one that could serve as a reference in terms of structure or approach. Have a good dictionary on hand.
Be clear about what is going to be spoken in the text, what is the subject or ideas to be discussed. What objective do I want to achieve with this text? If it is not clear, clear any doubt before beginning to write. It helps to shape the fundamental ideas, even by ordering them according to what one wants.
5. Do not overload
Do not use fancy words or overly elaborate expressions. The author should not try to demonstrate how wide and impressive his vocabulary is. If this is the case, the author should use that vocabulary to produce a text that flows naturally, without pretensions, simple and clear.
6. Write the first draft
It can be on hand if you find it more comfortable or on the computer. Develop all ideas according to the established order, but without worrying too much if it breaks, and without stopping much in the spelling or the syntax. Dump all ideas on paper without censorship.
7. Use a Good Pen or Pencil
A good pen or pencil is essential to being a good writer. Just make sure to get a comfortable pen, no not one of these ones. They aren’t exactly made for this.
Obtain the definitive text including all corrections. Once you agree with it, let it rest for a while (it may be a few hours or days depending on how long you have it) and give it a final reading in which further amendments could be made.
